Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support the Payroll Officer and Payroll Manager in various payroll functions and ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll tasks. This is a Permanent Part-Time role, working 3-4 days a week with flexible working arrangements.How you will spend your day:

• Support Payroll Officer and Payroll Manager
• Assist in maintaining employee records, including; processing status changes, processing termination and checking new starter information.
• Maintain Payroll inbox providing timely action (response or appropriate escalation) to all queries.
• Export and save weekly and monthly and ad-hoc reports.
• Administers reconciliations and data hygiene audits as required
• Maintains strong professional relationships with Finance and Human Resources
• Comply with internal practices and legislation

• Knowledge of payroll legislation and best practices is desirable.
