Enterprise & Training Company Limited (ETC) are looking for a passionate, committed, and engaging Recruitment Advisor. You will be working in the Transition to Work (TTW) Program, which provides support and coaching to youth (age 15-24) to develop the skills needed to move towards obtaining sustainable employment or training outcomes. This is a full-time position with the added benefit of a monthly accrued day off, based at our Maroochydore & Noosaville office.
In this role you will work closely with local employers and industry groups to market ETC's services and identify opportunities. This includes liaising with Youth Advisors and participants, reverse-marketing TTW participants and brokering vacancies within the local area.
Who are we looking for?
You are the type of person who can ‘have a chat’ with anyone and accordingly have well-developed networks in the local community. Outcome-focused, you naturally strike the balance between empathetic listening and influencing positive behavioural change. You are comfortable managing priorities, have a strong track-record of achieving KPI’s or targets and can build strong relationships both internally and externally. Ideally you have a background in recruitment, sales or candidate management with experience in actively promoting business services including being comfortable with canvasing new business.
Essential experience, qualifications and skills:
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with employers and sourcing vacancies each month
- Ability to meet monthly KPI targets
- Ability to work efficiently to maximise productivity
- Positive outlook and well developed problem solving skills
- A recent, clear National Police Check - required to be supplied at interview
- A current QLD Blue Card - required to be supplied at interview
- Current Driver’s Licence (with a clean driving record) and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
