As the Recruiter for Auto Masters Australia, you will be based in our Head Office Operations in Ardross and will be responsible for the recruitment of Operations Managers, Service Managers / Advisors, and Technicians within Western Australia, South Australia, and Queensland.

The is a fun, dynamic role and you will work very closely with the State Managers and Operations Managers.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the sourcing and recruitment of all positions within Auto Masters Australia
Receiving job vacancies within Auto Masters Australia and posting the jobs on the relevant job boards with job descriptions, wages, and conditions of employment
Managing the operational hiring process starting from sourcing, screening, and qualification of candidates, including scheduling of interviews with the clients
Maintaining the highest level of customer service with both the candidates and clients
Identify and recruit candidates for potential openings throughout Australia
Ensuring that the recruitment database is up-to-date with information from candidates, including their resumes, licenses, visa certifications etc
Conduct background / reference checks on potential candidates
Adhered to all HR policies and procedures when dealing with clients and candidates
Providing clients advice and guidance on appropriate pay rates, training, and career development
Preparing employee contracts and outlining workplace policies, job descriptions, and salaries prior to their starting date
Conducting aftercare and exit interview calls where necessary with the employees and deliver feedback to the clients
Manage and assist with administration tasks as directed by Management

About You

Highly proficient in Jobadder and or other recruitment platforms, Seek and Seek Talent Search
Experience with Microsoft office
An innovative thinker with strategies to attract talent
Exceptional communication, interpersonal & stakeholder management skills
You can maintain positive relationships with our hiring managers, ensuring all candidates are supported during the recruitment process
You have a broad skill set that sets you up for success; a true professional with a reputation for being well organised with a prominent level of attention to detail
To be successful you will be initiative-taking and can manage multiple tasks
A can-do and cheerful outlook to successfully work with senior management stakeholders
Experience in Human Resources is an advantage but not essential
