We are currently seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support and assist our Recruitment Team based in Cairns. Casual position up to 38 hours per week, with a pay rate of $31.50 per hour.

Tasks include (but not limited to):

  - General administrative and clerical duties
  - Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team
  - Maintaining the client/candidate database
  - Data entry
  - Digital filing and document management
  - Contact candidates for onboarding process
  - Book medicals, D&As

Requirements:

  - Must have valid driver's licence and reliable transport
  - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  - Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  - Good communication skills both written and verbal
  - Reliable, diligent and high attention to detail
  - Recruitment experience would be desirable
  - Able to type between 50 to 60 WPM (min of 90% accuracy)
