House Manager / Family Assistant

The role:We are seeking a highly organised and experienced House Manager / Family Assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations of residence and family activities based from Kalinga.Responsibilities:This is a House Manager / Family Assistant role focuses on ensuring the smooth running of the household on a daily basis. Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the below.

• Cleaning and organising the residence to the highest standards.
• Meeting and coordinating with contractors for maintenance and renovations
• Stocking the fridge and managing household supplies
• Transport children to and from school and extracurricular activities
• Take care of children in case of injury or illness
• Making/changing all the household beds, household laundry and ironing, cleaning the bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces, organizing, vacuuming or dusting rooms, sweeping and mopping floors

throughout the house * Preparing and cooking meals and snacks for the entire family (service not required, just meal prep)

• Running errands including dry cleaning, grocery shopping, post office

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a House Manager, Nanny or Personal Assistant
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strict ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
• Knowledge of household management best practices
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
