- Writing and posting advertisements
- Telephone pre-screening of candidates
- Reference checking
- Updating databases
- Candidate research on Seek, Indeed and LinkedIn
About you:
- Previous experience in working in recruitment and recruitment research
- Competent user of Job Adder
- Available to work more than 10 hours per week if required
- Creative with writing jobs and job descriptions
- Initiative and drive is very important in this role
