About the Role
The Recruitment Business Partner (HRMS) is a senior member of the HR Connect team partnering with WA Health Clinical and Non-Clinical managers across Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) leading and delivering innovative and best practice recruitment and selection activities at Fiona Stanley Hospital while providing supervisory assistance to a team of recruitment consultants. This role will ensure the successful delivery of Recruitment services at FSH in accordance with Service Definition parameters.
About You
As the Recruitment Business Partner you will have demonstrated recruitment experience within the Public Sector environment and with a solid understanding of recruitment framework and processes you will draw on your knowledge to manage, innovate, customise and influence a more contemporary recruitment strategy. You will have a strong capacity to support a team by providing advise and coaching.

- The ability to build relationships, establish personal credibility and demonstrate HR & Recruitment expertise to consistently deliver high quality and efficient customer service.
- Recruitment experience in a busy health and/or public sector environment is desirable
- Demonstrated knowledge and solid experience in providing end to end recruitment support and advice to multiple stakeholders
- A high level of ability to utilise and to quickly adapt to new HR processes and technology with
- Ability to design and deliver innovative recruitment solutions to various stakeholder groups
- Experience in delivering recruitment training and support to a range of stakeholders
- Experience in supporting hiring managers with immigration and visa sponsorship programs
- Experience in supervising a recruitment team is highly desirable
- Hold or be working towards a tertiary level qualification in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalence in a combination of formal education/other work experience
