Partner with senior stakeholders on strategic and operational
Our client is a large complex organisation with a diverse workforce and need an experience HR Business Partner to join the team. As a an HRBP you will work closely with leaders, offering expert support and guidance in various HR areas, including employee relations, projects, performance management, succession planning, culture change, and recruitment.You will be able to work at both strategic and operational levels to provide commercially focused HR advice and be able to multitask and jump in where needed as no two days are the same.
Responsibilities;
- Provide timely and accurate HR advice and support to the business
- Assisting leaders with their people development through advice, coaching, and feedback.
- Conducting workplace investigations and complex case management,
- Contribute to and implement the organisation’s HR strategic plans and objectives in line with relevant industrial instruments.
- Support and drive cultural change and engagement activities.
- Partner with managers to provide advice related to organisational and structural design including workforce planning, skills / gap analysis, recruitment, retraining and redeployment in accordance with strategic priorities
Key Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or relevant discipline (desirable) or significant experience in a similar role
- Strong generalist experience, with a good grounding in a broad range of HR functional activities.
- Demonstrated ability to provide advice to a large operational and professional workforce.
