Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively building and nurturing lasting partnerships with new and existing clients.
- Conducting in-depth client meetings to understand their requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Sourcing and managing candidate expectations to maintain a diverse and high-calibre talent pool.
- Driving the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle, effectively filling client roles with top-tier candidates.
- Cultivating clear, professional, and positive communication with all stakeholders.
- Efficiently managing communications and activities using our ATS/CRM system, Job Adder.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to excel in a high-visibility environment.
- A proactive work ethic with the ability to operate autonomously.
- Professionalism in demeanour and appearance.
- Proficiency in modern office technologies and ATS/CRM systems such as Job Adder.
- A collaborative mindset, contributing to team goals and initiatives.
- An Australian driver's license and the capability to handle confidential matters.
