- Lead and manage the creation of change management tools, artefacts, and schedules to ensure all change management activities are identified, scheduled and managed across the lifecycle of each business implementation.
- Provide expert and strategic change management advice in relation to assessment, analysis, documentation and implementation of approved change management methodologies, including the evaluation and management of risks and issues.
- Provide specialised knowledge of change management practices and approaches in relation to workforce management practices, processes and systems, drive business transformation and successfully deliver to the project's objectives.
- Lead and manage the Business Change Impact Assessments, development of change responses, interventions and business readiness activities relating to new business processes and Digital Passport solution related changes.
- Work collaboratively with key business stakeholders to develop change management documentation, materials and presentations necessary to implement, reinforce and sustain transformational change.
- Manage and implement methodologies and approaches required to identify and deliver stakeholder engagement and communication activities such as briefing notes and reports to the relevant Offer
- Represent the project as required in high level and often complex communicat Governance Boards. Request fotions, collaboration, negotiations and other interactions with clients and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure the change management program is delivered according to the agreed methodologies and lessons learnt from prior implementations.
- Inspire team members by investing time in building positive and productive relationships, setting clear objectives and providing professional leadership, guidance and support.
- Actively contribute to the creation of positive work environment that upholds quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti discrimination and ethical behaviour.
- Proven success and high-level experience in workforce management transformational change management and leadership including enabling of benefits realisation, stakeholder engagement, and communications and training within a large complex organisation-wide project environment.
- Proven experience in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of change management strategies, tools and artefacts in a large-scale complex project environment focussed on workforce management transformation.
- Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and cross-team collaboration to support effective business change and transition, including the ability to influence key stakeholders in an environment of change.
- Advanced communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide advice, consultation and collaboration with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders on complex and strategic issues.
- Demonstrated capability in change planning, analysis, interventions, resistance management, conceptualisation and problem solving, and management of multiple deliverables within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.
