We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team based in Seven Hills. If you are someone who has an interest in the Civil & Infrastructure Industry, is a passionate recruiter and interested in working in a collaborative energetic environment – this could be a good fit for you.

This role will see you take on responsibilities including:
• Candidate recruitment to placement
• Adherence to Quality & Safety compliance
• Supporting new and existing clients through quality placements & service
• Managing job advertisements to attract talent
• Building and sustaining relationships with candidates and clients
• Proactively build talent pools and pipelines

The Successful Applicant:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A minimum 1-2 years experience in a recruitment role
• Interested in working / learning Civil, infrastructure & Asphalt industries
• Service oriented (clients & candidates)
• Manage & build the candidate database
• Demonstrated knowledge & experience in recruitment systems
• Work well in a team environment & independently
• Ability to work well under pressure & to set deadlines
