Pay: $60,000 – $75000 per year, dependent on experience, car allowance, bonuses

Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Advertising, screening, interviewing and reference checking candidates.
- Rostering.
- Filling client job orders
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- First contact calls
- Manage and develop active candidate talent pools.
- Administrative duties as required.
- Onsite with our clients building / fostering relationships.
- After hours / on-call roster
Shift hours between: Monday - Friday: Between 5am to 5pm flexible
Considered for this position you need to have:
- Previous administration and/or customer service and/or sales experience
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- An ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- A driver's license and reliable vehicle is essential as the role will involve travel on a regular basis.
- Genuine face to face relationship builder
Consultant experience is not essential for this role - all training is provided.
