FlexHive by Hudson is partnering with a well established provider of contracted doctors to both public and private hospitals throughout Queensland.

Established in 2007, the business has experienced significant growth and is now looking for an experienced sales person to joining their friendly and welcoming team of 8.

This role is a full time work from home role therefore it is your well developed customer service and sales skill along with your driven and organised personality as well as your ability to juggle multiple priorities at once that will see you excel in this role.

The role

Reporting to the General Manager and supported by a strong and ever increasing pool of available doctors established by the team Candidate Attraction Specialist, your role will involves placing doctors in to contract roles and supporting them through their placements.

You will develop trusted business partnerships with each of your contacts at each of the hospitals and become their go to person when in need of support for a contract doctor for both short term and longer term placements.

With well established client relationships & contracts in place, your role as a Recruitment Consultant is not to perform copious amounts of cold calling to establish relationships but rather, ensure that when your clients have a need or a doctor with that background or skill they have been looking for becomes available that you introduce and match that doctor the client straight away.

Yes, there are KPI's however these KPI's are based on the increase in contractors you have out, rather than the amount of cold calls you make per day. Once placed your responsibilities are to look after all of the administration and ongoing placement support for each of your doctors and this is where your quarterly bonus is calculated from.

About you

In order to be successful in this role you will have experience working to financial KPI's, have outstanding customer service and be able to manage your own time effectively and efficiently.

You will be available to support your contractors, be able to use a MAC computer & have a professional communication and writing style.

Experience in Recruitment or the Medical industry would also be a significant advantage in your application however not mandatory.
