Located in Kent Town, we specialise in professional and executive roles across all industries. We partner with businesses big and small to find the perfect candidates to build a successful team. 

Due to growth and interest, we are looking to add an Exclusive Recruitment Consultant to our team to lead our Exclusive Candidate service.

As our Exclusive Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on providing support to our candidates, finding, and maintaining sustainable employment opportunities.

This role will require you to actively source job opportunities for exclusive candidates through innovative marketing strategies.

You will be required to build and maintain relationships with candidates, assisting and addressing any barriers to employment.

You will have the ability to work autonomously with support from the wider team.

The Opportunity:

• Interview Exclusive Candidates following Champagne Recruitment’s process.
• Maintain a database of candidate records.
• Identify and approach suitable career opportunities for candidates.
• Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job opportunity.
• Update Champagne Recruitment website (WordPress) 
• Develop, organise, and present information sessions.
• Keep Digital Marketing tasks up to date.
• Attend networking events as required.

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience working in recruitment is essential.
• Experience in customer service, sales or a client facing role.
• Digital Marketing experience is highly desirable along with the ability to use WordPress.
• Highly developed planning, coordination, and time management skills, along with attention to detail.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic about making a real change to people’s lives.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and happy attitude to recruitment.
