Recruitment Consultant (Aged Care and Disability) - Melbourne
Purpose of Position
- Collaborate with Operations to understand our recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes and assessments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular updates to our operations team on the status of candidate pools to meet client demands.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Additional administrative tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications
Your skills and qualifications must include:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator preferably within the Healthcare sectors.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- The role will commence as a casual position 5 days per week, with the potential to grow into a full time salaried position.

- Salary Range of $70,000 to $85,000 depending on experience.
