Join our team and embark on an exciting journey as a Recruitment Consultant. This full-time Monday to Friday role is based in our brand-new Northern office.
While this is a standard 38-hour work week, flexibility to work across rotating rosters between 7am to 5:30pm is a requirement.
As part of our team, you'll not only receive thorough onboarding and internal training but also benefit from monthly coaching catchups to facilitate your growth and success in the recruitment industry.
In this role, each day brings new challenges, but our efficient systems ensure that tasks are handled with ease. You'll be responsible for:
- Advertising response and sourcing candidates from various platforms
- Conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates
- Communicating with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders through various channels
- Managing branch activity, including rostering and onboarding new field employees
- Maintaining our database and ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards
