The Role
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager - Operations, this role will support Discovery Parks and P&C Business Partners manage employment vacancies and be proactive and creative around candidate attraction. This role would ideally suit a professional agency recruiter who prefers to work on the candidate side of recruitment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Candidate resourcing for permanent appointments such as Park Managers, Assistant managers, and Caretakers
Screen, interview and reference check candidates
Work closely with Regional Operations Managers and P&C Business Partners to achieve quality and timely outcomes
Manage internal mobility and promotions
Administrative duties including managing compliance, maintaining CRM database
Developing talent pipelines
Front line staff recruitment when required
Working on new park acquisitions
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Experience within a recruitment agency or internal recruitment role
Experience sourcing candidates
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and compliance
