Role Overview: Join our Perth team as a motivated and driven Temp Consultant. Utilize your real estate/property background for successful connections in a fast-paced environment. Engage with diverse stakeholders, manage phone conversations, business development, job briefs, and candidate sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:

• Source top talent for temporary & contracting roles via job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from client briefs to job offers.
• Build and maintain client-candidate relationships with exceptional service.
• Negotiate pay rates and contract terms.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, WH&S inspections, and company policies.
• Exceed KPIs to maximize earning potential and build a strong commission annuity.

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship-building.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Results-driven with a track record of target achievement.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry trends.
• Recruitment Consultant experience preferred but not essential.
