Recruitment Vision has been in operation in SA for over 16 years and we pride ourselves on providing clients and candidates with a level of service that is second to none, with that local feel and personal touch. We service various industries including Mining, Construction, Transport, Manufacturing and Production, Administration, Accounts and Medical & Hospitality.

Due to growing demand of our services, we are looking to source a Recruitment Administrator with the aim of them becoming a Recruitment Consultant over time. This is a really good opportunity to work in a very progressive and well-established Recruitment agency.

The successful candidate will start in admin whilst also beginning a program to be coached in everything relevant to becoming a successful Recruitment Consultant.

Initially, you will be responsible for screening and interviewing applicants, matching them as closely as possible to the job brief provided. Other admin tasks include data entry, reference checks and preparation of CVs. We offer a fully hands on training program with support from an experienced recruitment team.

Initial responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Booking interviews and coordinating interview schedules
  • Preparation of recruitment documents including printing of applications, filing and scanning of documents
  • Arranging Medical Assessments and other background checks
  • Source candidates for client requirements and manage the interview & offer process
  • Candidate references as required
  • Data entry and cleansing of CRM systems
  
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills & attributes:
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a recruitment environment
  • Strong computer skills (MS Suite – Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Demonstrates strong initiative and the ability to complete tasks without supervision
  • Be available to work 8.30am to 5.00pm – Monday to Friday (however, flexible hours may be available to the right person)
  • Be highly organised, task oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Be committed to providing exceptional customer service
