What you will enjoy about this role:
- Managing motor and commercial insurance claims
- Managing claims workflow from lodgement through to settlement
- Taking calls regarding claims, requesting information
- Gaining training and support in new lines of claims
- Dealing emails and following up on claims enquiries

What you will bring to the role:
- A friendly, can-do attitude, and providing an outstanding customer experience are your key strengths
- Some insurance-related experience, in administration or call centre
- A commitment to learn, be loyal, and trustworthy
- A confident personality, able to adapt quickly to change and take on adhoc duties as required
