The Opportunity:Techforce are seeking an experienced white-collar Recruitment Consultant to join the team.
Reporting to the Professional & Technical General Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and lacing top talent in white-collar positions across a specialist industry. You will work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions, as well as working on strategic business development and market mapping plans for new clients.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in an agency environment
- Experience working to and exceeding targets and deliverables
- Developed candidate management and interview skills
- History of lead generation and outcomes
- Strong time management and critical thinking ability
- Positive and energetic approach to your working day
- Resilience and confidence, driven by success
- Competitive base ($70-100K) + Super + Uncapped commission
- Perth CBD location - Permanent, Full-time
- Hot desk working with top tier clients
