About the role

We're on the lookout for an energetic individual who flourishes in a dynamic, agile setting as this role is specifically within our construction division. You'll be involved in both build and civil construction recruitment, encompassing positions ranging from trade-qualified to senior-level roles.

Key responsibilities
- Execute and manage the full end-to-end recruitment life cycle
- Design and execute full recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns
- Building a reputable business across a specific sector
- Develop and manage a defined client and candidate base
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Achieve individual sales activity targets and division revenue targets
- Build a strong local network – be known as the market leader
- Initiate various sourcing methodologies to identify top talent
- Deliver a prestigious recruitment consultancy and service
- Be a trusted recruitment advisor
- Passionate and driven with a commitment to thrive in a results-based environment
- Have a keen interest in construction, trades or engineering industries
- Ability to build strong influential relationships with a deep curiosity about people

- Consistent tenure in current and previous positions held
