Temporary relief opportunity managing end-to-end recruitment activities within government. Your new company Based in Frankston, this government agency is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to provide temporary relief support managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including screening applications, scheduling interviews, background checks, reference checks and managing a recruitment inbox within a high-volume environment for 6 months. What you'll need to succeed
Qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar discipline
Demonstrated experience working within a similar role managing recruitment activities, including screening applications, scheduling interviews, scribing, pre-employment checks and managing a recruitment inbox
Proven track-record working within a high-volume/ bulk recruitment environment, managing multiple roles at once
Previous experience within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) is highly regarded, and is preferred
Proficient skillset with SuccessFactors is an advantage, and is preferred
