With our client base growing and expanding across the country so is our internal team within Chandler. This has increased the workload for our existing team and has created a requirement for multiple positions within the team.
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Health Division. You'll be given every support you need to win business and to find the best candidates possible.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage the offshore recruitment team.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute recruitment processes, including advertisement posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Source, screen, and interview regional candidates.
- Monitor recruitment workflows, ensure data integrity, and provide regular reports.
- Oversee both temporary and permanent recruitment activities.
- Assist Workforce Planner with onboarding new recruits.
- Demonstrated experience in permanent recruitment.
- Prior experience in healthcare recruitment is highly desirable.
- Experience in team management is highly recognized.
- Exceptional ability to engage professionally with clients and candidates.
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ambition to grow within the organization.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software programs.
