As part of the Employee Experience and Talent branch, you'll play a vital role in attracting top talent, building capabilities, and shaping organisational cultures.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be instrumental in providing operational support to ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding for your clients. You'll collaborate with recruitment coaches, business partners, and people leaders to manage recruitment processes for volume roles across their organisations. Additionally, you'll assist with administrative tasks and be ready to step up to support recruitment activities, including attending assessment centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruitment coaches to administer recruitment processes, including ad posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Partner with business leaders to conduct end-to-end recruitment for volume roles.
- Manage temporary agency employee requests with preferred suppliers.
- Monitor recruitment workflows, ensure system data integrity, and provide regular reporting.
- Educate people leaders on recruitment policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing administration and coordination support for new employees, including new starter paperwork and welcome packs.
- Promote our clients' employment value proposition and inclusion and diversity objectives.
- Coordinate vendor purchase orders and invoice management.
- Proactively support people leaders and new employees through the onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain efficient processes to ensure timely responses to queries with a focus on customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment preferred.
- Experience recruiting for volume roles desirable.
- Strong tech savvy and systems thinking, with knowledge of Success Factors and Hirevue screening tools preferred.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to question existing practices and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a customer service-oriented team environment.
This role is for a 3-day/week commitment, ideally from Wednesday to Friday, and will be offered as a 6-month temporary engagement.
