Epiroc has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator/Officer to join a motivated and fast-paced national HR team. The Recruitment Coordinator/Officer will be responsible for end-to-end execution and coordination of blue-collar recruitment across a number of operational sites throughout Western Australia, ensuring a consistent process and approach is applied.
Key skills, knowledge and experience required:
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience within a blue collar space preferrably mining;
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates and with internal stakeholders;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence across all organisational levels;
- High level administration skills;
- Experience in high-volume recruitment programs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Experience in the implementation of strategies that enhance sourcing of diverse candidates is highly regarded
