Join our team as a proactive Recruitment & Human Resources Administrator. Reporting to HR leadership, you'll manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes while providing vital administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Cultivate positive ties with external agencies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with agencies, especially during high recruitment periods.
- Ensure prompt communication with agencies regarding interview statuses.
- Collaborate on employment offers and salary expectations.
- Prepare weekly recruitment status reports.
- Ensure timely distribution of recruitment documentation.
- Prepare offer letters and facilitate new employee checklists.
- Assist with end-of-employment processes and documentation.
- Aid HR team with administrative tasks, including correspondence and diary management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Australian Citizenship or PR Required
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination and HR administration.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR processes and employment laws/regulations preferred
- Able to work 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Willing to obtain security clearance.
