We are seeking a Recruitment Lead to manage the Talent Acquisition Team in Perth on a 6-months maternity cover contract. This role is essentially 80% people management / workload scheduling and 20% white collar recruitment.Duties:
- Oversee a team of Recruiters, supporting them with workloads, schedules and new requests.
- Undertake end-to-end white collar recruitment campaigns, from taking briefs from Hiring Managers, through to issuing contracts and onboarding.
- Support workforce planning to build candidate pools across high demand units.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal management teams and various external stakeholders where required.
- Promote a positive and empowered workplace culture.
- Min. 4 yrs experience managing a team (specifically within recruitment / human resources)
- Hold a Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Well-versed with HR related law and related legislation.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
- Must have full Australian work rights.
