Recruitment & Mobilisation Officer required to start immediately, Brisbane north side, parking on site
Your new company
We have partnered with a reputable company who provide fleet hire and service's supplying the construction and resources sector. They have an urgent requirement to hire a Recruitment & Mobilisation Officer to support their busy Brisbane operations on a temporary basis with a view to move into a permanent role.
Your new role
In this role, some of your key duties will include:
- Managing an established talent pool and scheduling workers on projects
- Liaising with management and assisting them with their workforce and labour needs
- Placing job advertisements, phone screening, shortlisting, conducting and arranging interviews
- Recruitment administration including reference checking, arranging medicals and issuing contracts
What you'll need to succeed
Your key success in this role will be attributed to your previous experience in a similar fast-paced role. You will ideally have had mobilisation experience along with some recruitment experience. This role requires the ability to work autonomously, a high attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Additionally, you will be proficient in MS Office and MS Excel.
What you'll get in return
On offer is a temporary contract to start immediately with a view to turning it into a permanent role. There is parking on site and once established in the role there is an opportunity for some WFH.
