Our client is looking for a mobilisation / recruitment officer to manage personnel through the recruitment process, collab with branch management to understand staffing needs, conducting end-to-end recruitment activities and facilitating on boarding. Additionally, supporting operational teams with shutdown planning and coordination, maintaining updated records of shutdowns, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and managing personnel HR files.

Profile
- 1-2 years experince in recruitment / mobilisation role
- Strong understanding of recruitment frameworks
- Relative experience in HR software
- Strong communication skills

- 90k - 100k + superannuation based on experience
