About the position:
This position is responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, working within an established team providing outstanding talent services to our internal stakeholders.

  • This is a 12-month fixed term contract until April 2025
  • Toowoomba City location
  • The annual salary range for this position is $70,069.71 - $75,434.70 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

  • A combination of relevant experience and/or qualifications and competence
  • Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment and/or human resources experience is essential
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize workloads
  • Strong Microsoft office suite capabilities, and experience in using Recruitment and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent oral and written skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders in a timely manner to provide advice and support.
  • Strong knowledge and application in recruitment and selection processes
  • Commitment to Councils Organisation Values and Behaviours; in Talent & Retention we have a strong focus on Accountability
