As an incredibly important and highly valued member of our team, you will support our loyal clients and talent base by managing recruitment permanent and temporary needs.
Daily you will run end-to-end recruitment services where you will:
- Create networking and business growth opportunities nationally within the Volume & Customer Experience vertical.
- Deliver high-impact solutions to fill the temporary & permanent recruitment needs of our partners.
- Provide an exceptional and advisory service to exceed industry best practice.
- Engage and manage strong talent pools of Customer Experience talent seeking career opportunities through networking, sourcing, and database management.
- Create content and manage advertising and social media channels.
- Extensive 360-degree Recruitment Agency experience is highly desirable OR you come from a strong foundation within contact centres and are comfortable within a sales environment.
- You have a genuine passion for the industry and the impact of recruitment across the multiple industry sectors.
- Excellent relationship building and networking skills.
- Sales experience that allows you to hit the ground running and grow your business.
- Systems savvy, you know the impact of well-maintained data and how it supports the delivery of recruitment solutions.
- You’re a strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, who knows how to have fun, whilst getting the job done.
- You’re super energised and love a busy collaborative team environment.
