About the position
We are seeking Property Management Leasing Consultant to join our growing property management team based at our Southbank Office.
Full initial and ongoing training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is well presented with a strong desire to learn and develop their skills.
This is the ideal opportunity for someone wanting to progress their Real Estate Career and comfortable with travelling between locations.
The Leasing Consultant will be tasked with duties relating to leasing of New Business properties and provide additional support with the day to day management of a residential rental portfolio. The Leasing Consultant will also support the Asset Management division with quality administrative support.
Some responsibilities will include:
- Handling enquiries from prospective Renters.
- Showing properties through open for inspections
- Feedback on prospective Renters to the new business team and Property Managers
- Ingoing and outgoing condition reports
- General administration
About the person
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has:
- Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Previous Property Management experience an advantage, however not essential
- Current Drivers Licence
- Great work ethic and attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use the MS Office package as well as other real estate software systems.
