IPA has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist to join us in Mackay.
About the role:
Based in Mackay, you will be joining an established desk, recruiting for both labour hire and permanent roles across the Mackay region.
We are searching for a hardworking and dedicated Recruitment Specialist who is willing to travel regularly as part of their job responsibilities. Most of the travel would be within Mackay proper but this position also requires someone who is comfortable being away from home occasionally for overnight stays if required. As you set your own schedule this will be worked in with your availability.
A work vehicle is provided for work purposes and therefore applicants must have their Driver Licence.
Your days will be busy!
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting for high quality candidates for roles
- Managing and maintaining key accounts and building excellent client relationships
- New business development
- Working collaboratively with all business stakeholders
To be successful you will:
- Have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs
- Possess excellent communication skills that translates between clients and candidates
- Be trusted as someone that can be relied upon even when under pressure
- Be willing to travel and have a current driver licence
- Passionate about helping clients achieve their goals
