The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Content Creator to join our CX & Digital team.
The objective is to create highly engaging digital content that communicates Sealy Posturepedic brand conviction across many digital channels.
You will be supported by the Digital Marketing Manager, the Performance Media Specialist, the wider marketing team and have access to external partners for additional assistance (e.g. SEO, graphic design & web development).
Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be researching the category and market to craft relevant and interesting content for various platforms and target audiences. More specifically:
- Website Maintenance: Work on your own or liaise with web developer to maintain and update our WordPress website on a daily basis to ensure the digital content is up to date.
- Blog and Website Content: Produce, update and refresh website content regularly. The end goal is to drive onsite engagement as well as SEO results.
- Organic Social: Drive organic social media strategy and the day to day execution. This includes create the social content calendar and produce content to execute.
- Email Marketing: Create email marketing material to engage our new or loyal customers.
- Content Performance Reporting: Analysis of content performance (e.g. traffic & engagement), report back to the business, and use the data to inform future content direction.
Your profile:
- You have a minimum 3 years of experience in a content creation role in an agency or brand environment.
- Previous experience with luxury & premium brands is highly regarded.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- You are a magician with words and a true creative at heart. You can turn our existing brand assets into engaging digital stories and drives our brand conviction.
