Reporting to the Global Pathways Lead, you will play a pivotal part in driving the expansion of our operations across Australia & New Zealand, specifically through end-to-end recruitment roadshows of blue collar trades.

This role is based at our Perth HQ at the Perth Airport.
Working hours are 7:30am - 4:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment of blue collar roles
- Coordinate and implement new recruitment initiatives
- Advertise on various platforms (Seek, LinkedIn, Mader Website and more)
- Plan end-to-end recruitment roadshows across Australia & New Zealand
- Pro-actively find passive candidates through various platforms
- Liaising and supporting hiring managers through selection process
- Conducting face-to-face and video interviews
- Manage employment offers and onboarding processes
- Collaborate with marketing on recruitment campaigns
- Ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years blue collar recruitment experience
- Prior experience using PageUp is highly desired
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Valid C class driver license
