Work with a HR team to coordinate recruitment, onboarding and HR administration processes in an organisation of approx. 500 employees.
The Role
Reporting the Senior HR Business Partner, the Recruitment/HR Coordinator will form part of an energetic HR team that are focused on providing excellent HR services and support within our organisation.
This role will focus on coordinating recruitment activity including shortlisting of candidates and reference checking, working with our managers to secure employees that align with Centacare’s values. It will also include administration and coordination of HR processes across the organisation and overseeing compliance processes that are required by our governing bodies.

What you need to bring
- Experience working in a busy administration position ideally within human resources, with exposure to recruitment and compliance processes
- Demonstrated experience and a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to build professional relationships
- High level of honesty, integrity, confidentiality and a strong work ethic
- Valid Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid driver’s licence
Desirable
- Experience working in a large not-for-profit organisation
- Experience working within the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award 2010
- Experience using Preceda Payroll, HR Onboard, Expr3ss! recruitment and Microsoft Office suite
