The Role:

This is an in-office role, recruiting for permanent and labour-hire positions. Our focus is on the blue-collar space, so we specialise in sectors such as building and civil construction, electrical and manufacturing.
  
We are encouraging all levels of sales experience to apply as we have several openings for this role. We are seeking someone who loves a challenge and has a work-hard, play-hard mentality.

The Day-to-Day Duties: 

• End-to-end recruitment processes including screening, assessment, selection and contract negotiation, pre-employment checks, offers and onboarding
• Advertising roles within LinkedIn, Seek, Indeed and head hunting
• Candidate interviewing, engagement, and talent pooling
• Recruiting for a range of roles from Labourers, Tradesman, Engineers to Project Managers
