The Role
An exciting opportunity with an industry leader, selling agricultural Hydro solutions within your southeast Territory.
Hybrid role with a 40% new business & 60% account management which will progress to more new business as you learn the product portfolio and customer engagement styles of your clients.
Key Aspects
Negotiating and maintaining supply agreements
Management with a focus on building long term relationships
Mainly field based role covering South East QLD territory
Growing the company’s market share within speciality hydro solutions in agriculture
Skills & Experience Needed
Excellent relationship manager with proven track record in building & maintaining long term relationships & managing long term sales cycles
Experience selling technical agricultural solutions strongly regarded
Skill sets working with piping, irrigation, pumps, or other hydro based equipment highly regarded
Full & current drivers licence required.
Tertiary qualification in agriculture highly regarded
Salary and Benefits
Circa $100k base
