About Us: Charged Pilates Bunyip, located in the heart of the Bunyip, is the service within the Your Health and Fitness group. We are dedicated to providing a dynamic and inclusive fitness experience for our community. As we expand our offerings, we are currently seeking a passionate and certified Reformer Pilates Instructor/Group Fitness Coach to join our team.
Position Overview: We are in search of a motivated and enthusiastic Reformer Pilates Instructor to lead approximately 4 Pilates classes per week. Additionally, we have an opportunity available for a Group Fitness Coach, making this an excellent chance for those with Cert 3 in Fitness to expand their work prospects. Classes are scheduled at various times, accommodating both morning and evening sessions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating a positive and dynamic atmosphere for our members, actively promoting health and well-being through engaging and effective Pilates and group fitness sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting high-energy and dynamic Reformer Pilates classes.
- Providing clear instructions and guidance to participants.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants during classes.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive environment for members.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating new elements into classes.
- Flexibility in working AM & PM classes

Requirements:
- Pilates Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Cert 3 in Fitness is a welcomed advantage.
- Cert 4 in Fitness is a welcomed advantage.
- Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire participants.
- A genuine passion for health and fitness.
Additional Opportunities: Qualified candidates with Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness will have the opportunity for future work in Group Fitness and Personal Training as part of our expanding fitness services.
