Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to lead dynamic group sessions. Additionally, this role includes providing casual administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our club. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to inspire and motivate members, along with the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
For Reformer Pilates:
•Conduct engaging and effective Reformer Pilates classes for groups.
•Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
•Provide modifications and variations to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities.
•Ensure the safety and well-being of all class participants.
•Maintain a clean and organised studio space.
•Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes member retention and satisfaction.
For Admin Support:
•Assist with front desk duties including member check-ins and enquiries.
•Handle phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
•Support the management team with administrative tasks as needed.
•Ensure the smooth operation of the facility by addressing any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
•Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor with a recognised qualification.
•Previous experience teaching group Reformer Pilates classes.
•Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, techniques, and safety practices.
•CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
•Certificate III in Fitness (preferred)
•Working with Childrens Check (preferred)
