The key responsibilities for this role includes:
- Ability to handle client enquires and discuss their financial needs
- Data Entry and management of CRM systems (Training will be provided)
- Knowledge of MS Office and excellent with numbers
- Prepare and submit loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation
- Assist and complete lender forms and online applications
- Follow-up loan applications with lenders to ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- Make sure all applications are compliant and regularly completing compliance checks
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Perform general office duties
About You:
- Must be interested in the finance industry.
- Be an Australian resident.
- Must be able to speak English, Hindi fluently and preferrable Punjabi too.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong data entry skills are essential and ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
