Reformer Pilates Instructor

Are you passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their health goals? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and motivating clients through their fitness journey, ensuring they get the most out of their workouts.

At Total Physio Centres you will be the part of our team including physiotherapists, senior Pilates instructor and Massage therapists.

We have already running classes and our current instructor moving interstate. We need some one experienced and knowledgable to take over Evening and mid morning classes. (Early morning classes are run by another instructor)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Reformer Pilates classes for clients of varying fitness levels
2. Create safe and effective workout routines that focus on proper form and technique
3. Provide individualized attention and modifications to accommodate clients' specific needs or limitations
4. Educate clients on the benefits of Reformer Pilates and promote a healthy lifestyle
5. Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
6. Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously expand your knowledge of Reformer Pilates techniques
8. Build positive relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and encouraged throughout their fitness journey

Requirements:

1. Certification in Reformer Pilates instruction
2. Prior experience teaching Reformer Pilates classes is preferred, but we are open to considering enthusiastic individuals who are willing to learn
3. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively demonstrate exercises and provide clear instructions
5. A passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
6. Friendly, approachable demeanor with exceptional customer service skills
7. A commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive studio environment
8. The ability to work flexible hours in the evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Exercise Physiologis with Pilates experience are welcome. As we have large number of CTP and Workcover patients an EP would be a bonus in our team.
