Our Bligh Street club is your sanctuary, set right in the heart of the Sydney CBD. Spread over 5 levels and covering 1,585 sqm, the club features a cardio and weights zone, furnished with top-of-the-line equipment, and five custom built studios for Grid Training (HIIT), Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Cycle and Boxing. Beyond fitness, you'll find a sprawling café with bright windows and plenty of power ports, the perfect switch for your regular work desk.

You'll deliver immersive Reformer Pilates classes with your authentic personality to help members experience physical, mental and emotional breakthrough moments in class. You'll be empowered to build a culture where the community become raving fans.

All about you:

• You have (or are working towards obtaining) your Cert III in Fitness or a recognised instructor qualification
• You're authentic. You love practising pilates in your own time
• You're comfortable connecting with members and thrive on building true community
• You are driven. You love motivating members to experience physical, mental and emotional breakthrough moments in class
• You know how to deliver meaningful classes and encourage mindfulness of the people around you
• You're an athlete and performer. Both equally
