THE OPPORTUNITY
REACT Services is a rapidly growing business in the Refrigeration, Air conditioning, Mechanical and Electrical Services Industry. We also provide Facilities maintenance, Engineering and Energy solutions which ensure safe, successful and sustainable outcomes on time and on budget for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation: Efficiently install a variety of systems in residential and commercial settings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on existing fridge & Air Conditioning units. Diagnose issues promptly and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal performance.
Customer Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice and address any concerns or questions they may have regarding their refrigeration or Air Conditioning systems.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of work by conducting thorough inspections and testing of refrigeration or Air Conditioning systems to guarantee they meet performance standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Provide detailed reports to clients and submit documentation as required by company procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- Full ARCTick License
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
