AIR CONDITIONING TECHNICIAN
$45 -$50 per hour PLUS PLUS PLUS!!!!!

About The Role
This role is critical to the daily delivery of our customer service outcomes. Consequently, you will receive a detailed schedule of daily installation and maintenance jobs well before kick off! You will report directly to and work very closely with our experienced Operations Manager to ensure he is able to provide any support or guidance that you may require. The primary responsibilities of a “Blitz Air Technician” include;
- Installation, service and repair of air conditioning and heating units
- Diagnose and solve system faults.
- Engage and communicate professionally with customers to ensure we are understanding and meeting their expectations
- Use ServiceM8 software to communicate and record job details and photos
- Work closely within our skill close knit technical team to uphold our high standards of work quality, safety and customer service.
- Communicating with our Operations Manager, other technicians, suppliers, sub-contractors and customers about job alterations, issues and problems.
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following tricks in your kit bag;
- Fully qualified in A/C & Refrigeration
- VBA license
- Restricted Electrical Workers “D” license
- Refrigerant Handling license
- Construction White card
- Valid Australian Drivers license
- Must be an Australian citizen or hold appropriate working permits
- Capable of using software app for job related communications
- Self motivated
- Enjoy engaging and dealing with people
- Well presented, have an eye for detail and loves being organized
- Prepared to comply with SOP’s, SWMS and other company procedures and policies
- Are super organized and a communication guru
- Embrace problems and love finding solutions.
- Ability to work in a small team with minimal supervision whilst taking accountability for your outcomes.
