About the role:
Are you skilled in keeping things cool? Baiada is seeking a talented Refrigeration Mechanic to join the team at Hanwood. If you have experience in refrigeration systems and a passion for keeping things running smoothly.
- Reactive and preventative maintenance on all substations, air conditioning and compressor units.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration systems and components.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
As a Refrigeration Mechanic, you will have recent experience working with a variety of refrigeration systems within large commercial or industrial settings. In addition, you will bring:
- Refrigeration Mechanic trade qualification & Refrigerant Handling License (RAC)
- Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Ongoing permanent position.
- Training and uniform provided.
- Overtime and allowance included.
