Position
Reporting to Senior Leadership in the Group Safety function, and partnering with the State-based Executive teams, you will be leading the Safety, Health & Environment program for a multi-site, regional portfolio. You will engage with senior leadership and frontline teams in high-risk environments and complex supply chains.
Key objectives:
- Actively engage with the workforce to embed a health & safety-focused culture.
- Deliver safety and improvement programs as part of a national standard.
- Support the implementation of a transformation program to underpin a long-term business strategy.
- Collaborate with your peers and leadership regionally to drive consistency and continuous improvement.
