Regional Sales Manager (Internal Sales), based at our Docklands office, you will oversee sales activity of our internal team to ensure lead indicators support sales targets and results. You will drive a high-energy sales culture, collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise enquiry-generating campaigns and support your team in managing customers.There is a focus on optimising sales performance and processes through continuously developing a successful high-performance sales team.
Key responsibilities include:- Ensure your team achieve sales targets and have a pipeline of work
- Provide coaching and training whilst driving a high performance, high energy culture
- Collaborate with our marketing & developments teams to optimise enquiry generating activities
- Utilise data to analyse sales processes and identify opportunities for optimisation
- Contribute to high energy and motivational weekly sales meetings
- Ensure our brand is well represented with Land Developers and Agents
- Support and develop relationships with external stakeholders
