Job DescriptionI am on the lookout for a Subject Matter Expert to join and run my client's National Rope Access business with your base of operations being Perth, WA. They are a leader and stalwart in the industrial rental landscape and are poised for significant growth with this appointment being a pivotal part of their growth strategy.As Rope Access Manager, you will be at the helm of a project-based team, responsible for orchestrating national efforts in growing this business unit.
Your Responsibilities:- Manage financial strategy, sales, and business development to achieve budgeted sales and profitability.
- Implement strategic plans and develop relationships with key industry stakeholders to enhance business growth.
- Oversee project management, ensuring efficient execution and compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of rope access professionals, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Manage subcontractor relations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services in line with company and client expectations.
Essential Criteria:- Proven experience in sales, business development, and project management within the Rope Access, Construction or related industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams across different regions.
- IRATA Level 3 Certification and a comprehensive understanding of rope access systems.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience with project and contract management.
- Relevant construction safety certifications
